  • Follow all transportation regulations in Albania or Kosovo

Drivers are responsible for the services they provide to passengers.

5. Payments

  • Cash payments directly to drivers

Movela may charge a commission from drivers for using the platform.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Use the platform for illegal activities
  • Harass or endanger drivers or passengers
  • Attempt to manipulate fares or payment systems
  • Access or interfere with platform systems

7. Account Suspension

Movela reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Movela acts solely as a technology platform connecting passengers and drivers.

Movela is not liable for:

  • Driver conduct
  • Delays in transportation
  • Personal injury during rides
  • Loss of personal belongings

Users assume responsibility for their interactions with other users.
